About Us

Tami has recently relocated to an apartment at Thrive Exchange North. She conveniently rides her bike to the lakefront and Rainbow Beach, taking advantage of the bicycle parking and repair shop situated on the ground floor. Additionally, she delights in the offerings of the new bakery, where she frequents for her morning coffee. As a regular patron of public transit, Tami utilizes the Metra Electric South Chicago line for her daily commute to her new position in Woodlawn, located near the Obama Presidential Center.

Leonard is thankful for the reduced stress in his life since establishing a bike shop a short distance from his residence at Exchange Crossing. The renovated retail space has provided Leonard with the opportunity to realize his ambition of owning his own business, while the proximity of his workplace to his home allows him to allocate more time to his young child. Furthermore, Leonard takes comfort in the fact that should his child require medical attention, the Chicago Family Health Center in the restored Ringer Building is just a stone's throw away, offering access to highly skilled physicians at an affordable cost.
